    • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

    • Solicit, evaluate, and award bids to qualified subcontractors and suppliers.

    • Establish contractual agreements and scopes of work.

    • Develop procurement schedules aligned with the construction timeline.

    • Ensure materials and equipment meet specified standards and delivery timelines.

  • Objective: Build safely, efficiently, and to specification.

    • Mobilize site and conduct pre-construction meetings.

    • Implement project schedule, manage daily field operations, and coordinate trades.

    • Enforce quality control, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.

    • Monitor progress with regular reporting, inspections, and stakeholder updates.

    • Resolve field issues and maintain cost control throughout the build.

  • Objective: Deliver a finished product that meets or exceeds expectations.

    • Complete final inspections, punch list items, and testing.

    • Compile and hand over as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.

    • Facilitate training for end-users or facility managers, if applicable.

    • Obtain certificate of occupancy and required sign-offs.
